All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your swim performance gear. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow our simple process below.

Returns Policy Summary

  • Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bikini Bottoms & Tops
  • Briefs
  • Swimsuits
  • Prescription Goggles (custom-made items)

How to Return an Item

  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached

Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by financial institution)

Exchanges

For size exchanges on eligible items:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify your desired size
