Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Certain hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Bikini Bottoms & Tops
- Briefs
- Swimsuits
- Prescription Goggles (custom-made items)
These exceptions follow standard swimwear industry practice to protect all our customers.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse address (provided in your return authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. For international returns, please note that any customs fees or import taxes are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Exchanges
For size exchanges on eligible items:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify your desired size
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original (standard shipping rates apply for the new item)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
