How do I create an account?

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote locations. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact us before ordering.
How can I track my order?

We offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.
How do I return an item?
Please email [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate address. Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to complete the transaction.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
